These terms cover every order placed on svnonline.store. Placing an order means you accept them.
Orders
Your order becomes a contract once we email your order confirmation. If an item sells out after you order, we let you know and refund that item.
Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars and include no sales tax unless shown at checkout. Your card is charged when you place the order. If a listing shows a clearly wrong price, we will contact you before shipping and you can choose to cancel.
Delivery
Delivery times on our shipping page are carrier estimates. Responsibility for the goods passes to you once they are delivered.
Returns
Returns are handled as described on our returns and refunds page, which forms part of these terms.
Using your gear safely
Stoves, fire pits and fuel must be used outdoors in a ventilated space and as the product instructions describe.
Our liability
Where the law allows, our total liability for an order is capped at the amount you paid for it. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law.
