Privacy
This page explains what information Svn Online keeps when you shop with us and why.
Information we keep
- The name, delivery address, email and phone number you enter at checkout
- The items you ordered and when
- Basic technical data such as browser type and the pages you visited, used to keep the site running
Card details are entered on our payment provider’s secure form and never reach our servers.
How we use it
We use your details to take payment, ship your order, send tracking, deal with returns and reply when you write to us. We also keep records that tax and accounting law require.
Who else sees it
Your payment details go to our payment provider and your address goes to the carrier delivering your box. We never sell or rent customer information to anyone.
Cookies
The site sets only the cookies it needs to run the cart and checkout. If you block them, you will not be able to place an order.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be erased once we no longer have to keep it. Email support@svnonline.store.
Retention
Order records are kept for as long as tax rules require and are then deleted.
